Hello! Halle here,

I am living life in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with my goofball husband, even goofier baby boy, and another miracle on the way. If I’m not capturing memories for Northern Michigan communities, I can usually be found hiking with my boys or enjoying a spooky podcast (or both).

Some fun facts about me:
I am a sucker for traditions. I grew up putting baby Jesus in the manger at midnight on Christmas Eve, greenhouse shopping on Mother’s Day, and cramming into Grandma’s house and showcasing our new jammies every Thanksgiving.

Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter own most of my personality.

I grew up in a family full of amazing teachers but felt pulled in a different direction. I am thankful every day that I made the decision to pursue my dreams.

Why Crow’s Feet?

Although I do love birds, the name “Crow’s Feet Creative” did not originate from the creepy little tootsies of the most Halloweeny of birds. Well...not directly.

Instead, I chose the name because humans decided to label one of their perceived imperfections something pretty catchy. In my photography work, I strive to honor each person’s story by capturing them as they are (well-earned fine lines and all). This translates into my design work as well as I turn precious moments from people’s lives into custom pieces of art that can be cherished for generations.

This concept of honoring each person’s unique journey through life inspired the creation of my logo. It showcases my take on the cute little lines that form at the corners of our eyes as we are blessed with aging. Our own crow’s feet.
